Black Metal NEX !

Here’s a story of me getting the nex-axe today. I made up my mind that I want a BLACK NEX-5 TWIN LENS KIT. At first I went to Harvey Norman. They sell it cheaper than sony centre. Then Harvey dropped the bomb. There is no nex 5 and must order to have it. Poor Harvey just loses a customer. So without any option I went to sony centre. Luckily they have the black nex 5 but no twin lense. So I have to settle for the 18mm kit (nex5K). The bad news is mine was used as the display. They said that it was only a month display.So as of now the display at the sony centre pretty much looks like this :

Since I already brought along with me my “BANK” (or in 3 letters D.A.D), it is simply an offer I can’t refused. So today is a mixed feeling day. I really wanted the twin lenses kit since I want to use the fisheye converter so bad and I want to have nemo’s eye. When I was testing the camera at the sony centre, a man approach me and said “is that the nex 5? Are you buying it?” we chat for a while and actually he was planning to buy one also. Unluckily for him, he was 5 minutes too late for it. So he has to order it. BOO-YA!

Ever since Sharkwater was released in '07, the film won numerous award. However the effect of that movie was a donation in $1300 range. In this video,same as the movie, he tried to tackle issues such as elephants killed more humans than sharks, panda is given more protection than sharks and Toyota Prius is a vagina on wheels..(the other guys joke). Just like my previous post, he belittle the people of China for not knowing that shark-fin soup is made of shark.(surprise surprise) No offense, but do they know what fish is in a can of tuna?

Hey guys,

I know this documentary is kind of old, but I just saw it in national geography today and it was nice. This documentary is for those who have not “abandon fear” (mind the quote from the movie) against sharks.  It is also for those who love the mythical-healing-power-which-is-rubbish shark fins soup and those who have been kicked out of a Chinese restaurant. In which is my favorite part in this documentary. Reminds me of my time in Shanghai. I guess I’m not the only one who gets kicked out of a premise in China. Screw you communist. So watch it, on youtube. In the end, there are 4 “truths that surface”(mind the quote from the movie, again),

1. love sharks
2. hate soups
3. punish poachers
4. love to hate and punish communist.
